Introduction

Supervision & Guidance (‘S&G’) in EMDR therapy is a collaborative and developmental process where an experienced EMDR Trainer or Consultant offers support and insights to EMDR therapists. This mentorship focuses on refining the therapist’s skills in applying EMDR techniques, enhancing their understanding of case conceptualization, and ensuring adherence to EMDR protocols.

As a vital element of professional growth, S&G in EMDR therapy serves as a conduit for continuous learning. It enables therapists to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of EMDR, ensuring they deliver the highest standard of care to their clients.

The S&G Sessions offered by EMDRHK also count towards the Certification (Certified EMDR Therapist)

During a S&G session, EMDR therapists have also the opportunity to discuss various challenges and experiences encountered in their recent therapy sessions. This dialogue provides a platform for addressing specific issues, exploring solutions, and gaining deeper insights into their therapeutic practice.

All sessions are online via Zoom. Invitations will be sent via email at least one day prior to each session.

Individual Sessions

  1. Duration:                                          55-60 minutes
  2. Cost for EMDRHK members:    HK$1,500 (or package of 3 sessions at HK$4,050)
  3. Cost for non-members:              HK$1,800 (or package of 3 sessions at HK$4,860)

Group Sessions

  1. Duration:                                         30 minutes x number of participants (maximum 4 participants)
  2. Cost for EMDRHK members:    HK$1,200 (or package of 3 sessions at HK$3,240)
  3. Cost for non-members:              HK$1,500 (or package of 3 sessions at HK$4,050)

  2. Pay: For the full cost of what you booked within 24 hours. Payment instructions are HERE.
  3. Payment proof: Take photo of your payment receipt and email it to us (or attach to the CONTACT form and submit).

We will email to you the confirmation for the booking within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment proof.

Terms and Conditions (‘T&C’)

  1. Pay on time: We keep your pending booking for 24 hours from your submission of the booking form. Please pay and submit the payment proof during that time. Kindly note that a pending booking will be automatically removed unless the payment proof is received on time.
  2. Extended Sessions: Additional pro-rata fees apply for sessions that extend beyond their original duration time.
  3. Free Rescheduling: To reschedule a session without charge, please email us a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. You can then book a new session at any later time, and the full amount you paid for the original session will be credited towards this new session.
  4. Late Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time for any reason, or if you fail to attend (“no-show”), you will not be eligible for a refund.
